Many of you are worried about an e-mail that you have received from Vibee asking you to verify your identity. We have contacted the person in charge of Customer Service at Vibee and we can confirm yout that IT IS A LEGITIMATE PROCEDURE. It is not for all orders, just some. That is why some are seeing it and others are not. It is a fraud verification step.

Stripe Identity is a secure, third party service utilized for this important verification. We do not have access to view your identification other than the results of the verification.
If you do not upload your ID within the allotted time frame, your order may be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding».
